Xiao Po is worried for his white jade cup and that even Lord Ye is surprised to have broken it. He made sure that Qian Aotian would pay for his blood and broke the jade cup of Xiao Po. This only further anger Lord Ye more as he is close to General Nan whom he would have wish to repay his kindness. He also felt bad as General Nan suffered due to Qian Aotian. Xiao Po felt sorry for Lord Ye and Lady Nan who are separated by marriage. Lord Ye thought of his wife as a hostage.
Lord Ye then reasoned that the Emperor has bestowed the marriage and thus, it cannot be declined. Yuzi Mo then said that was not why he had married Qian Aotian’s daughter. Lord Ye described him as a sly fox who does not care for people’s safety and that he is with in collaboration with evil people. Some days later, inside a red boat sailing in the river, Lord Ye, Yuzi Mo, and Xiao Po discusses about Qian Aotian.
TONG PO HOW TO
Yunxi pitied him so she consoled him and said she’ll teach him how to tame Ziwei. Yunxi rub it in to Xiao Po that Ziwei wasn’t really his horse. Ziwei didn’t let Xiao Po ride her and proceeded to playfully run away from them. Yunxi then said to Xiao Po that she’ll back down if he could prove Ziwei was his horse. Ziwei warned Yunxi that Xiao Po is lying. Yunxi protectively asked if Ziwei was his horse, to which Xiao Po pretended it was his. So, he stopped them and asked who gave permission to Yunxi to ride that horse. Xiao Po met Qing Yushi when she was riding Meisha, a horse which noone could tame and ride, but Ye Wang. Because of his place in the royal family, they face his as a general and not as a prince. Xiao Po is the forth child and the youngest son of the Emperor.
Rights in policy and decisions- Maybe he is the youngest brother, but he has the rights to talk and take decisions about the problems with the prime minister. Horse taming- Xiao Po seemed to have the ability not only riding the horses, but taming them too, except Meisha. He seemed that he was the only one who could approach Meisha, without being afraid of his ferocity. Master horseback riding- In contrast with his siblings, Xiao Po is the only character who can easily ride horses. When Ye Wang and Yu Zimo where fighting on the boat, about the maid that Yu Zimo wanted, Xiao Po was the voice of logic. He is demanding for taking the thing that belongs to him or not. In Manhua, Xiao Po seems a kind of spoiled and irritable. He seems more logical than his older brother, prince Yu Zimo, but more childish than his other older brother, prince Ye Wang. In Donghua, Xiao Po is a kind young nobleman, yet he is ready to fight, just to require, the things that belongs to him. Later, in both donghua and manhua, he is wearing black/grey garment with black/grey pants and red/yellow robes over them. Ιn his first appearance in donghua, he is wearing brown/white garmet with white pants. In manghua, his eyes are light blue and kind of cold.
TONG PO FULL
In donghua, his eyes are light gray with full of enegry and youth. Xiao Po is a handsome young man, with long reddish-brown hair, which he ties into a ponytail, with a red string. He is the brother-in-law of Jun Yi Qing’s wife and Princess Qian Yun Xi. Xiao Po has 3 elders brothers who are Crown Prince Jun Yi Qing, Prince Ye Wang, Prince Yu Zimo, and has a younger sister who is Princess Lan Shuang. He is the son of the Emperor and the grandson of the Empress. He is also very energetic, like Prince Yu Zimo.
General Xiao Po ( 晓坡, Xiǎo Pō) is one of the supporting characters in the donghua and manhua.
